Early Adventures

Here are a few of our experiences in Bermuda so far! Our first few weeks we stayed in temporary housing, it was beautiful and we met our first friend: Daisy.

We enjoyed meeting new people and just going out to explore the island. We also had our first visitor Brett! Together we explored Crystal Caves, Tom Moore’s Jungle, Dockyards, Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, St. Davids, Tobacco Bay and much more.

One of my favoutire places on the island is Coopers Island Nature Reserve in St. Davids. John and I have visited many times over. It is also one of the best places to see the Bermuda Long Tail bird.

We also witnessed the America`s Cup Races! So neat to be a part of that, certainly a momentous event in Bermuda`s history. Friends came down for the races, what fun!

First blog post

Hello friends! Its a Bermudaful day!

I decided to start a blog to share this crazy adventure John and I started 6 months ago. We moved to Bermuda for work, John’s employer offered a transfer to Bermuda and we couldn’t say no! We would be crazy to decline an awesome opportunity to travel to this beautiful island. It has been 6 months and we are still finding new things to do and see! Along the way so far, we have met some fantastic friends. We feel so blessed to be here, (even though we miss friends and family) and can’t wait to share some of our adventures with you!

Since I’m fairly new to the blogging world please be kind and share your ideas for posts, comments, and thoughts. Thank you 🙂
